I unintentionally updated to the new UI and would much prefer to remain on Classic, for now.  Is there a way to roll back and view my pages in the Classic design?

Can you clarify which changes you refer to? Since there are two changes

-New global navigation for Jira and Confluence  >> Likely you don't mean this one, since it's not yet available for 'opt-in' for Enterprise customers.

- The new content layout specifically for confluence. > I assume you're talking about this one

Likely, you enabled this on <yoursite>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/newfeatures. It looks like it can't be disabled from here, but the messagebox refers to 'contact support to turn it off'. In that case, you'll need to raise a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact to get the right help (as we are users just like you, and can't access anything in the backend).

According to this recent article (https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/Confluence-s-new-navigation-is-here/ba-p/2958741 - updated today):

As an admin, you can delay turning on the new navigation for everyone on your site for a few weeks (3-8 weeks) before we enable it by default.

Once the new navigation has been turned on for everyone on the site, you and your users can’t go back to the old navigation.

I'm not sure if you turned it on for everyone on your site or if there is even a way to turn it on just yourself, but there may be no going back, and it will be forces upon us all soon anyway.
