Cleaning up Confluence

I am trying to figure out how clean up spaces and basically move them from being stand alone to product specific. My issue is I keep getting errors such as:

A descendent page shares the same title of another page in the selected space.

Is there an easy way to configure/move things around to better organize my confluence or am I better off getting a clean copy and moving everything there.

Hi Wolfe,

From the description it seems that you are trying to create a page with the same title with some page on the selected space. Please bear in mind that even you could have different parent page, however Confluence treated them on the same hierarchy. Thus you can't create a new page with the same title. I think the best solution for now is to create new space as a workaround.
