Click on image and an expandable section is displayed

I want to create a page such that when the user clicks on image of Step 1 an expandable / collapsible section of text is displayed. Something like expand macro but in expand macro you cannot insert an image. Has anyone tried to do such thing? is there any macro that I can use?

This is for Confluence Server.
