Cloud Confluence error after importing site

I'm create new cloud Confluence free account and try to import data from old cloud account. While importing data I get an error CONF-34180 After this when I'm trying to login into my account I have error:

The instance was restarted during an import. Confluence is trying to clean up and restart. Please wait. Removing extraneous Bandana records...

Your server id is: B5ZJ-CM89-5WH5-XXU8


How to restore my account?
