Up until this week, I could enter the user name and full name when creating a user using the + invite a user option on the left side bar. Today I cannot. We have a naming standard we adhere to. Without being able to enter the info, the names are not consistent with our standard.
How do I enter full name and user name when creating accounts?

In the past, it was possible to enter a full name here, but the data was still being pulled from whatever the user set themselves on their Atlassian Account ID at id.atlassian.com.
My recommendation would be to verify your domain, and that way you'll be able to set the full name for users after creation:
You can uncheck the "send email" option when creating an account so the user isn't alerted to the account creation before you have a chance to set their Full Name.
