Collaborative Editing Status changes between Error and Running

Hi guys,

I've tried everything from this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/troubleshooting-collaborative-editing-858772087.html

But it did not help. Synchrony keeps changing between Running and error every few seconds. How can I make it running stable?
