Hi, I am using the Comala document management system with the Confluence cloud as the document management system for my company.
I would like to use the "Comala Read Confirmation feature" to document the read acknowledgment of my QMS documents that have been "Published" in Confluence. I am following the information provided in the below link but am still not able to use this feature because I don't see the "Read Confirmation" option appearing in my tool menu (both in the Published and Draft page).
Add a simple read confirmation - Comala Read Confirmations Cloud - Comalatech
Not sure, if there is something that needs to be done at the site admin level or I am missing a step in the process.
Please help.

Hopefully this helps, but you're certainly welcome to contact our support team for assistance if the above doesn't resolve the issue: https://support.comalatech.com .

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your prompt response and for providing information on this topic. As per your suggestions, I asked my IT person to check this out and he confirmed that the Read Conformatkion app was not installed. We will now be installing this app.
Thanks again for your help.
