Comala Workflows - Incorrect display of rejected users in the page header

Hi, community!

I use pageheader to show which users approved and who rejected the page.

I encountered a problem that one of the users first rejected the application, and later approved the application. And now in pageheader, this user is visible in both approved and rejected users.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How can it be solved?
