Hi,
Is it possible to export documents to pdf with electronic approvals via Comala document management or another app? We would like to use Confluence for documents management compliance ISO standards and medical device regulation but there is a problem with back-up of approved documents and records of approval process. I found some solution for Comala document management for server but no solution for cloud.....?
Thank you.
Hello @Jozefina Valkova ,
I'm a Product team member at Appfire, Comalatech has recently joined the Appfire family, responsible for our Comala Document Management for Confluence Cloud app.
We do agree a functionality like you describe is important, and we are looking at how we can bring it to the cloud. We are actively considering it in our roadmap.
Thanks for your feedback and don't hesitate to contact us back, preferably by opening a support ticket, if having any further questions.
Kind regards,
Elena Cantero.
Hello @Jozefina Valkova ,
It is possible to export electronic approvals to pdf with Document Control for Confluence. We've built the system such that you can keep and backup your approvals outside of Confluence, and send them to third parties and notified bodies.

Hi Marc,
could you elaborate how you did that? We use Document Management for Confluence Cloud. Thank you in advance!
