Comala how to make the workflow popup window close after action is taken

Hi,

I would like the workflow popup window to close after the user clicks on Submit, Approved, or Rejected buttons.

Is there a way to accomplish that?

Which pop-up window, could you please share a screenshot of it?

If I click on Pending Resolution, the pop-up window still shows. What I would like is that once the user click on a button (action), the window would close.
