Comala read confirmation - Confirmation Button not visible when lables are turned off

Hi everybody,

i've got a Problem with read confirmations. When labels are visible, the confirmation button for read confirmation is visible. When the lable visibility is set off the button is gone. 

Is there any option to get the button without making the lables visible?
