Is there a way in Confluence Cloud to change the SORT order for Comments that appear at the bottom of a page?

Yet at the link for that change request which is on the Confluence Cloud, there comments are in the desired order. Um, how do they do that?

Here you can find step-by-step instuction how to do this - Change the default order for comments 

1. Choose > System
2. Click General configuration from the sidebar.
3. Click the Advanced Settings button.
4. Edit the value of the jira.issue.actions.order property by clicking the existing value and changing it from asc to desc.
5. Click Update.

So, now it is impossible to do in Confluence Cloud.
