I have just nearly completed a migration to Confluence Cloud, but zero of my spaces show comments sections at the bottom of pages, even though I have all comment permissions on for each space.  Not even for admins.

Comments sections were visible and usable on my server spaces prior to migrating... 

Something I'm missing?
