Hi there,

Can you let me know exactly the issue you're having with this? Any events you add to a calendar can be seen by anyone with permissions to that space and that are watching the calendar.

If you want to add Jira events specifically, have a look here:

When you add the calendar macro to a page in Confluence and make edits to it, it does update the calendar in realtime. No need to push the changes to a published calendar.

Shannon

i am able to add event and I can see entry in calendar. But if I click on calendar I can see only edit and delete bottom there, my need is to it should show all the event details which I have added related to project.

Hi Rajeev,

You can embed an existing calendar in a Confluence page using the Team Calendar Macro:

If you haven't yet created the calendar, you will need to do so:

I hope that's clear! Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Shannon,

i am able to create calendar.

i will tell you my requirement.

i have created one form, in this form I have few details like project name, project id and date.

let say I want to install my project on jan 7 2019, I have filled my form and submit the form and same thing I want to update in calendar.

if I check my calendar on jan 7 I would be able to see the details like  project name, project Id.

how can I achieve this?

Hi Rajeev,

In that case, the first article I sent you is the correct one.

The article above shows you how to use Team Calendars with Jira. Please read it throughly and do let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shannon
