Conceal certain content on a page from wider team

Laura Potter December 22, 2020

Hi guys,

Just wondering if there is a way to conceal parts of a confluence page from specific people in team.

Our team need access to client documents for scope and testing purposes, but due to security they should not access to the Pii. Is there anyway to hide this on the actual page, so they can still read the relevant information, but not see the personal data?

Thanks

Hi @Laura Potter

There is no way to limit sections of a page unfortunately.

One option would be to have the information on child pages, linked to the main page, then limit who can see the child page.

You could also store the information in separate Jira tickets, and limit who can see the ticket.  If you put a table of tickets into your document then users will only be able to access certain ones.

Hope that helps,

Regards, Liam
