Confiform question about not showing a field when submitting a form

I created a form, I wanted to see if there was a way to use the confiforms to avoid showing a question when creating the Jira ticket.   When I submit the form everything shows in the description. I want the user when clicking No, and submit the form to create Jira ticket  not to show the field that said No. I tried using validation Rule but it doesn't work.
