Confiforms Macro: Info Panel, need help

I have a question I was setting up a dropdown confiforms field definition, and I want to add an Info panel when the user click. But so reason it is not working what I am doing. It should in the form without clicking on one of the options. I have select the hide field but still doesnt work any examples that you can provide for me to fix it?
