Confiforms field definition Exclude groups/users

Hi,

In Confiforms field definition you can choose to make this field visible only to a certain group/users.

Is there a way to do the opposite ?

In this case I want to exclude a group and allow (by default) all others. 

NOTE: the "all users" group will include that special group I want to exclude that's why I won't include it.  I don't want to list all the groups in there as they are constantly creating new ones.

Is it possible?

If not, you may want to include this as an improvement.

Hi

May be you can use the "Hide if matches" parameter and define the condition to hide the field for certain group 

See "userInSecurityGroup" function from https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Virtual+functions

(please note that hiding the field hides it in a specific "view" -> it doe snot make it "secure" (in contrast to view/edit permissions on the field definition), but I hope it is sufficient for you in this scenario)
