Confiforms form quits working

I created a form using Confiforms to request upload of files to a repository. It works for awhile and then we get an error that the server times out. This doesn't happen with any other forms I have created using confiforms. I have attached a screenshot of the error I am getting. Our Confluence Admins don't know how to fix. Is this a confiforms issue or a Confluence issue

It should contain the original and actual error that has occurred during the submission

Update to our issue - I believe the issue is there is a limit of 5 attachments allowed per entry based on some setting within the Confluence server. We started combining the files into one zip file under 1000MB and we haven't gotten the timeout error.
