Confiforms: is there a way to return data about the actual fields rather than data in entries?

Is there a way to get Confiforms to display the data about an actual field rather than an entry? For example: can I get Confiforms to return all the field names, labels, descriptions, from a form?

I am building some complex workflows using Confiforms and I want to display a documentation page in the space that lists all the forms with their page ID's, formNames, fieldNames, etc... I have been updating this manually, but it's annoying.

I believe the best option is to have something implemented via JavaScript and custom scripting
