For Confiforms date picker I only want user to select Monday or Wednesdays. Is there a way for me to achieve that?

You cannot disable selections in a picker, but you can set up a ConfiForms Field Definition Rule that will validate your form on submit and ensure only Monday or Wednesday is selected
