Is there any documentation to configure Confluence behind SSL reverse proxy server? Currently I use the following scheme:
user<-(https)->nginx<-(http)->conluence
All work fine but whet 'Server Base Url' is set to https:// prefix then UPM warns me with 'The base URL configuration of your instance is inconsistent with the URL in your browser'. How can I get rid of this warning?
Best regards,
Alexander Afonyashin
BTW, the duplicate is here and not so useful... https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/76949/configuration-with-ssl-reverse-proxy
I'd consider asking your own question.
Check out the Jira documentation... https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Integrating+JIRA+with+Apache+using+SSL#IntegratingJIRAwithApacheusingSSL-Note:AlternativeconfigurationifHTTPSisterminatedontheproxyserver
I found this was more complete than the Confluence page on the same topic.
