Configure Color Palette for Confluence Cloud?

Is there a way to have more than 7 colors in the color palette in Confluence Cloud?  I am trying to figure out where the colors for the color palette are configured.  Is the color palette part of the theme?  We are using the Default Theme in Confluence Cloud and the colors are very limited.  For instance, I would like to have a standard set of primary colors (i.e. Blue) along with several additional colors.  Do we need to install a different theme to get more color options?
