Configuring User Directory

I am the ONLY confluence server admin. I made changes to the users directories for confluence and now I cannot gain access to confluence. Can someone help me get my access back. Also all other people in the company cannot gain access either.

You can restore the admin password by doing this:

1. Stop Confluence
2. Add this to your setenv.sh/bat file, replacing <your-password>

   -Datlassian.recovery.password=<your-password>

3. Start Confluence and log in with the user recovery_admin and the password you set.
4. Reset the password for your admin account, or create a new admin account
5. Verify that you can log in using the new admin password
6. Stop Confluence
7. Remove the system property
8. Restart Confluence
