Confluence 5 on Windows Server 2003

Can Confluence 5 be installed and run on Windows Server 2003? I have installed JIRA and JIRA tomcat service runs! I have so much difficulty running Confluence and I don't know where to look for, Java app, config files, access issues, etc? Anyone can help?
