Confluence Activity Stream only shows most recent persons activity on a page.

I am running Confluence 6.6.1 Server.  I and several other people collaborated on a page earlier today and after we were done,  in the activity stream, it only shows that I worked on the page.

Just now, I logged in as another user and made a change to the page and in the activity stream, it now only shows that user's activity.  There is no mention of the previous activity a few hours ago.

Is this behavior expected?  Does the activity stream only display the most recent activity for a specific page and for what time frame (24 hours or something else?)

Hi Mike,

It sounds like the activity stream is working as expected. It only shows the last change to a page, as it says in Activity Stream Gadget, it "shows a list of the most recently changed content within your Confluence site."

The macro depends on the Content index so it should refresh every 5 seconds. The refresh time frame is configurable, though, using the Display options: Refresh Interval property:

Specify the time interval between each 'refresh' action undertaken by the activity stream gadget. A refresh makes the activity stream gadget reflect any new activity that has been conducted on the Confluence site.

Please let us know any follow up questions.

Cheers,

Ann
