In additional to Luiz response, I'd advice you to take a look in the Confluence Administrator Guide as well.

In Atlassian University we really don't have admin training sessions. I suggest you check our Ninja Training Guide and you can also refer to the Here Be Dragons guide for installation training for both Confluence and other Atlassian products.
