How can I access Confluence Administration and Backup Manager, as per the confluence help articles? I am following the information on https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-site-backup/, however I do not have the wheel icon anywhere. This means I can't get into Confluence Administration, cannot access Data Management, and cannot find the Backup Manager.

I am an owner for the entire Atlassian system, and we have the Confluence Standard license.

Hello @Andrew Leith

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

In order to access Confluence Administration you need to have Confluence Administrator permissions. If you do, you should find the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Confluence screen next to your avatar.

If you don't see it there, then you need to confirm that you actually have Administrator access to the app.

Are you able to access https://admin.atlassian.com, select an organization, and find your Confluence product site listed under Apps?

If so, click on that site and then click on Product Access.

In the main portion of the page do you then see each of the products you have on the site (i.e. Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management) showing groups that have product access, with a separate tab for Administrator Access?

If so, click on the Administrator Access tab. Check the groups granted access to administer Confluence. Confirm you are a member of one of those groups.
