Confluence: After upgrading to 6.11.0 date picker format changed

oxydaemon September 7, 2018

Previously when I press // , the shortcut for date picker, it give me the input format as dd-mm-yyyy, but after upgrading it changed the format to mm-dd-yyyy

I checked the docs and my settings and I'm current set to English (UK), no change from before.

How can I change it back to dd-mm-yyyy format for the date picker?

Thanks!

Hello Kelvin,

Here the documentation on how to change format date picker.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/changing-the-due-date-input-format-192536.html

It is using java date format so if you're looking for particular type of format look at the java date format doc.

Hi Mohamed,

Thanks, but that one is for Jira - my problem is with Confluence (I posted in the Confluence forum)

I've edited title to make it more clear

Thanks!

Do you mean https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf610/configuring-time-and-date-formats-952623200.html?

I tried that, changing it from the original setting:

Date Time Format: "dd MMM, yyyy HH:mm"

Date Format: "dd MMM, yyyy"

To:

Date Time Format: "MMM dd, yyyy HH:mm"

Date Format: "MMM dd, yyyy"

And restarted confluence, still no change on the date picker.
