Confluence Attachment validation not working

Hi All,

We have set attachment upload size limit as 5 MB. When I try to upload the attachment, page redirect to doattachfile.action and thrown following error,

           The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy.

#2) When Drag and Drop the file in attachment, it validating properly. Please advise.

It seems error with HTTP status code 413, browser not handling properly,

Does anyone have idea on this issue.
