Confluence Attachments macro cuts document names off

The Attachments macro displays uploaded document names column as much narrower than there is room for, and therefore cuts the names off. There appears to be no way to change the Name column width to stretch ove to the second column by simply editing the macro attributes.

Is there a way to fit this?

There was a bug report that addressed this, and a fix was implemented in July for versions 5.2 and 5.2-OD-13.
