Confluence Automation Issue with Jira Action

Hi, i'm new to automation in Confluence. I have recently been trying to trigger the creation of a Jira Issue using Automation in confluence, however it just continues to say loading, when i try to select issue type.

Never get any values to select from at all

Does anyone have any guidance on what may be causing this?

Hi @Craig_Harley , thanks for your question. 

Have you tried with different projects, just to see if something is retrieved? Have you tried with different browsers? 

Another good place to check is https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ . I can see there was some issue with automation in Confluence earlier this week so maybe you were just trying at a time when something else was going on.

Let us know if the issue persists or if you have other questions.

had tried different projects and tried a few different times on different days.

however yesterday, it just started working again

Hi @Craig_Harley , thanks for your reply. I'm sorry for the problem but I am happy it is resolved now... even if it's not clear how. Let's hope it stays this way.
