Confluence Backup Permissions

We have Confluence Cloud and wanted to leave Administration/Backup option to sys admin but turn this option off for Confluence admin. Is there a way to do it at all? We don't seem to find any solution for that in cloud hosting. Any advises?

You don't get "sys admin" on Cloud. The backup option remains available to Confluence administrators, as that's the only route you have of getting a backup.
