Confluence Bug in updated field under space tools --> content tools?

Dear Dev team,

Correct me if I am wrong but I think I have found a bug in your software when I go to Space Tools ---> Content Tools ---> Templates.

I am attaching a screenshot, where the date is wrong. If it is a bug please fix it, if not please explain to me what it is it?

Hi Steve,

It looks like you might have set minutes somewhere instead of months.

Have a look at Configuring Time and Date Formats and be sure that you're using capital Ms for your months and not lowercase Ms, which signifies minutes.
