I need some sort of storage for file sharing and whatnot - since confluence cloud had a 50 GB limit.

Any chance you have something other than Google Drive solution? Maybe a oneDrive solution?

I can see that they just increased it to 250GB

One solution is to use GSuite and use a Google Drive Connector to embed Drive files in Confluence.
