Hello!

I'm trying to migrate my confluence server instance to cloud using built-in Confluence Cloud migration assistant but unfortunately, this plugin can't be enabled.

I tried to upgrade to newest possible version using built-in upgrade mechanism and also via manual upgrade.

How can I upgrade/enable this plugin?

Versions:

The Universal Plugin Manager (v6.1.3) by Atlassian

Plugin: Version: 3.9.4

Confluence: 8.5.5

Thanks in advance!

Hello @Mateusz Suski

Are you getting any error messages when you try any of this? If so, what are they?

Have you tried uninstalling the CCMA plugin and then reinstalling it?

hi Trudy! Thanks for all your suggestions. I found in log files errors regarding tables that already exist. When I removed all tables related to the cloud migration plugin and then tried to enable them again everything worked.
