Confluence Cloud Migration Free Trial - Link says I have used all my free trials

I am exploring migrating my Confluence Server v7.2 to Confluence Cloud, and want to take advantage of the free Cloud trial to test the migration and make sure we want to use it. 

However, when I click the links to claim the free trial, I see this message "You’ve activated all of your cloud migration trials."

I do not have any Cloud migration trials, so I'm not sure why it would say this. This is the first time I've tried to claim the free trial. 

Any ideas?
