Confluence Cloud - Performance Issues with New Editing Experience

I've been trying to adapt to the "new editing experience" which certainly has some perks. But, often, the page is freezing and locking my whole system. Confluence shouldn't be a system hog. 

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this, is it a known issue, and more importantly, anyone has any fixes or suggestions?

Thank you for bringing this up. Confluence should definitely not be causing your system to freeze up. I'd love to know more about why this is happening for you.

I ask that you please create a support ticket with our Cloud Support Team. This way they can have a look at your system log files and determine the reason for this issue.

Once resolved, you can feel free to share the cause here, in case it's affecting other users.
