Confluence Cloud site admin unable to remove restrictions on a page

I have a Confluence Cloud environment, and I'm unable to access a restricted page without requesting access from the owner/last editor/space admin (or whoever Confluence Cloud decides to email). I am the site admin, and the administrators group of which I am a member has space admin rights in the space. When i get the list of Restricted Pages, I can see the page I want to change the restrictions on, but when I click on the lock icon, it says I need to request access. Adding myself to the space as in individual space admin has no effect.

As a Confluence Server admin, I managed to sidestep this by going in via the list of Restricted Pages (instead of via the page itself), and sometimes it wouldnt let my AD-authenticated user perform the task (so I logged in with an internal user). I could also perform a re-index if i needed to.

None of these options are available to me on cloud.

How can I fix this problem? Do I need to ask Atlassian for a re-index on the environment? Do I need to login as this user (this is a sensitive space)? We are on the regular Confluence subscription (not free, not premium).
