Confluence Cluster on shared file-system? is it possible / recommended?

has anyone experiences with running confluence clustered on a shared file-system / san to store attachments directly on disk instead of storing them in the db?

will this be officially supported by atlassian in the future?

Hi Chris,

As far as I know, it's not possible to store attachments on file-system running confluence clustered, the option is not available by default and I don't think it's something that is going to be supported someday.
