Confluence DB backup issue

I have connected Confluence to Mysql and want to back up data.

But it fails and I don't know the reason as your another product Jira works well.

I have attached the error log below.

Can you tell us how you're attempting to backup Confluence?

What is the screenshot you sent from? Can you show us what the Confluence server logs say?

Lastly, what is the version of MySQL and the collation?

Um.. Sorry. I had tested it on another server with different a mysql version and environments and now have tested it on the same kind of server and works well.
