Hi everyone,

I am dealing with an issue where we have a "roadmap" of items in a Confluence database table, but as of recently, only the rows at the bottom of the table are missing.

I recently added a few columns to this, and also attempted to add a filter to hide the "Done" and "Not Supported" statuses (typically housed at the bottom of the roadmap, so I figured, "why not hide them?")

At this point, the filters did not work when I applied:

  • Status 'is not' "Done" or "Not Supported"

So, I removed the filters.

Now, the data at the bottom of the table is missing, even more than some of the statuses mentioned above.

I have ensure to remove all filters, there is only one "view", and I even tried to "hide all" fields and then unhide them -  no luck.

Important: I also checked the version history dating back to before I added new columns and tried to add a filter. Even in those version histories, the data is missing (often even more than what I can see in the non-version-history view)

(ex: version history only shows 5 rows - live document has 24 rows, but there should be about 50 rows...)

it's almost as if the page is not completing its load, because the table still allows me to scroll a lot lower, but is a blank screen. see attached. Up to Date Roadmap.pngVersion history.png

Unfortunately I don't have an answer, but I'm seeing similar behavior. My Confluence database isn't displaying the full list of items despite removing any filters, and it's also no longer allowing me to add a new entry. My database table isn't very large (less than 100 rows), so this is pretty frustrating.
