All of our Confluence pages that are databases are no longer accessible.
All of our database pages show the message xxxx.atlassian.net refused to connect.
Hi @Mark Smith ,
Is the issue still there? I've checked databases on a couple of sites we manage and it seems to be working fine.
Also, is this something all users experience, or only some?
As far as I can see, there was no reported incident related to Confluence in the past couple of days.
I'd probably suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support for them to take a look at it if you still cannot access the databases.
Cheers,
Tobi
Thanks Tobi.
Others in my team did not have the same issue. Even restarting the browser did not work. I shut my PC down, and rebooted. Everything worked fine after that.
It would still be good to know why it happened though.

Glad you've managed to sort this out @Mark Smith !
I'm not sure if you'll be able to debug it now, but for future reference, you'll likely need to generate HAR file(s) to determine what's going on.
These are usually shared with the official support team as they have members who are specialized in this area.
Anyway, here are instructions on how to generate a HAR file (works on both on-prem and cloud environments): https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/generating-har-files-and-analyzing-web-requests-720420612.html
