Confluence Docker Backup IO Exception

I try to backup manually in confluence but get the following error

Cause

java.io.IOException: No such file or directory
    at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)

Thank you for contacting us. If you're still having issues with this, I would recommend having a look at the suggestions on the following thread:

• Backups are failing since we moved to a new server

There's a suggestion to check your configuration and ensure that it's pointing to the proper location to save backups. You'll also want to make sure that it's not a permissions issue on that directory.
