Confluence HTML macro - not in add-on list

According to this article, it's possible to turn on the Confluence HTML macros (with the warning about cross-site scripting vulnerability duly heeded).  However, following those instructions I am not seeing that macro listed anywhere.

We're on Cloud - is that why?  Anyone else see it?  

Failing that, are there any similar add-ons that you use and recommend that would accomplish the same thing?

   Based on this previous community article, enabling HTML is not available on Cloud.
