Confluence ID Logging Issue with Company users

Dear Atlassian Team,

Kindly find below attached Snapshot getting error. Every day 18:00pm to 08:00am Confluence user's  ID was locked automatically. This type of error coming after working hours. we are using 7.15.2Version. Please solve the permanent solution.

please attach the image. Btw, could you check if the user is licked on AD system that probably is linked to Confluence?

There's no readable image attached to your question, so we can't see the problem.

But, Confluence doesn't have a "lock" system for user accounts, let alone a scheduled one.  Whatever you are seeing is being done by your user directory system, not Confluence.
