Confluence | Insert markdown markup | How to create a hotspot in same page

Hi,

While inserting markdown markup in confluence page how can I create a hotspot in same page. My ultimate goal is to crate a TOC.

Please help

The problem is any html directly rendered via "insert markdown" option, doesn't have id or name property, so hotspots cannot point to that location
