Confluence: Is there a way to automatically change the font color of a page at a scheduled time?

We have a status page that we would like to automatically change the font color of the page to gray at midnight on Thursday so that as people update the page during the week, we can quickly see what has changed.  Is this doable in Confluence?

Why not use the page history and page comparison views?

I showed them that but they would like for it to be immediately obvious Friday morning.  Updates are due by Monday and they are tired of doing the diffs to find out what changed...

Unfortunately I think you are going to need something custom. There is nothing else in the out of the box functionality that will do this, but I don't think changing the text colour will work as expected.
