Confluence/Jira migration, Add-ons issue

Migrated Confluence to 6.13 and Add-on
   Gliffy
not found in 'Find new apps'.
Is it only supported in 6.12.2 ?

Migrated Jira to V7.13.0 and Add-on
   Watch Custom Field for Jira
not found in 'Find new apps'.
Is it only supported up to  7.12.3 ?

Hi Steve,

In order to check if an add-on is compatible with your version of Jira or Confluence, you will need to check Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Search the name of your add-on. E.g. Gliffy. You may want to filter the search results to make this easier for you.
2. Once you click on the add-on you want to know more about, you'll see which versions are supported above: 
   
   
3. You can click More Versions if you want to see the full list of versions and the product they support.

I can confirm that Gliffy supports Confluence through version 6.13.0, and Watch Custom Field for Jira supports up to Jira 7.12.3.

You were searching for Gliffy under Find New Add-ons, but was it not already installed on your instance? Can you verify you're searching on the Confluence UPM and not Jira?

As for Watcher Custom Field for Jira, you will want to reach out to the vendor to see if they have plans to support 7.13.0 soon. You can do so by contacting them via the Support tab as pictured above.

Gliffy was updated to support 6.13.0 in the last 24 hrs ? Now installed and working.
Support call in with 'Watcher Custom Field'.

The vendors have full access to their products on Marketplace, so it is likely that they uploaded the updated version today.
