Confluence - Landing page displays 'Not Permitted'

Hi,

I have added a user with the default Confluecne groups we use and this user's landing page states 'Not Permitted'.

Hey @Julio Valdez

Please check if these new users belong to a group that has a can-use permission from the Global Permission page.

I experienced the same behavior when I disabled Spaces plugin.
